I get a lot of readers asking me: I know you’ve tried a lot of workouts out there, so which one is the best?
And the answer can honestly vary, especially depending on your goal. Are you trying to lose weight? Gain muscle? Get rid of cellulite? There are things that come into factor before you even buy a workout – what’s your budget? What do you have to work with? Dumbbells, pull-up bars, yoga mats? So what I’ve tried to do is accommodate women of all setups – hopefully you can find my information useful enough to pick the workout that you ended up sticking with.
