Ideally my own experience will help you conquer the diet – and start slimming down to your goal weight faster than ever!
It’s important to keep in mind that if you find yourself repeatedly stumbling on keto, after you give it a week or two, it may just not be the right diet for you. That’s totally fine, and hopefully I can help you find one that works better, but ideally you want to find a diet that you actually like!
A good diet, one you’re actually going to be able to stick with, cannot feel like you’re punishing yourself. That’s a quick road to quitting and ending up worse than before (speaking from experience….)
