Meticore Review: My Experience – Is The Supplement Effective?
Meticore is a brand new supplement that aims to increase your metabolism through a new method – the “Morning Metabolism Trigger”. But does it work, or is it a scam?
I decided to try it myself so we could find out together.
What is Meticore?
Website: www.Meticore.com
Meticore is an all natural supplement, designed to be taken daily every morning, that boosts your metabolism through a certainly unique method…
Raising your body temperature.
This is a method of facilitating weight loss that I’ve never really considered. What’s the correlation between body temperature, metabolism, and shedding fat? I decided to check if the Meticore supplement aimed to do something even plausible, or if this would be one of those reviews that ended right at the start.
Why Did I Decide to Trust Meticore?
The big question here is why I decided to trust Meticore – because let’s be real, there are a LOT of scam supplements out there.
But it turns out, Meticore is scientifically-backed.
It’s relatively new research – like Meticore claims on their website – but it’s true that studies are just now discovering evidence that lower core temperatures may be a factor in obesity.
Another study directly linked lower body temperatures to a slowing metabolism (http://toxsci.oxfordjournals.org/content/52/suppl_1/61.full.pdf)
In this study, subjects had an average body temperature of around 98.6 degrees F. As they adopted a low calorie diet, their body temperatures dropped to 96-97 degrees F. At the same time, their thyroid function dropped and they had lower thyroid hormone levels.
But once they started eating like normal and regained weight, their body temperatures rose – and so did their thyroid hormone levels. In other words, their body temperatures were DIRECTLY linked to their metabolic rate.
So Meticore’s goal is to manipulate this link between metabolic rate and body temperature by targeting body temperature directly. The science is sound.
And what’s most interesting to me is that Meticore might be able to achieve this without altering diet or requiring exercise.
How Does Meticore Work?
It’s a dietary supplement first and foremost, so it’s all about timing when you take it and how. It seems like this one is designed to be taken first thing in the morning (hence the moniker “Morning Metabolism Trigger”). The website explicitly tells you to take before breakfast.
While you’re doing this, the ingredients will kick in and begin to facilitate weight loss across your body as they raise your temperature (although many of the ingredients are linked to a myriad of other positive benefits).
One thing they note is that while you’re able to try Meticore risk-free for 60 days (it’s sold through Clickbank which allows you refund anything within 2 months), you’d want to take it for 3 months if you were seeing positive results and wanted to make sure those results lasted.
So the most important, and hardest part, of using this is simply making sure that you are consistent with how much you take it. If you’re curious, they talk more about the science and methodology on their website (www.Meticore.com)
Now, let’s take a look at some of the…
Meticore Ingredients
Fucoxanthin (Brown Seaweed Extract)
Fucoxanthin has been directly linked with anti-obesity effects. It’s a characteristic carotenoid, and has been known to boost your mitochondria, leading to the “oxidation of fatty acids and heat production”. It also has been linked to improved insulin resistance and decreased blood glucose levels.
Irvingia Gabonensis
Irvingia Gabonensis – known as the African mango, and a core ingredient in Meticore – is actually one of the most popular weight loss supplements in the U.S. In a study run by the National Library of Medicine, the effectiveness of Irvingia Gabonesis seeds was measured by giving 28 obese subjects a diet with the seeds while 12 were placed on a placebo with the same scheduel and diet.
The Irvingia Gabonesis group saw incredible weight loss results compared to the placebo group, and also had a decrease in total cholesterol (the placebo group saw no changes in their cholesterol at all).
Moringa Oleifera
Looking into this ingredient in particular REALLY blew me away. Moringa Oleifera leaves, seeds, bark, roots – you name it and the plant’s parts have been used in traditional medicine. According to a study, the leaf extracts exhibit the greatest antioxidant activity. Meanwhile, using the leaf powder has been linked to antidiabetic activities in your body. Furthermore, alcohol extracts have been identified as antioxidant, tissue protective (for your liver, kidneys, heart, and lungs), blood pressure lowering – you name it.
I’ve never seen a study so comprehensively cover a plant in this manner before, but it seems like Moringa Oleifera is almost like a panacea – every part of the plant has been linked to positive effects on your body. Even cautious scientists mention that the results of the various studies are “very promising“.
Ginger
Ginger is pretty widely known to have positive effects on your body, but it never hurts to check into the research once more time (since science constantly evolves). This study suggests that ginger has anti-inflammatory and anti-hypertensive effects on the body, and that it even reduced feelings of hunger in obese men.
Separate studies noted that Ginger accelerated gastric emptying, and that it had anti-inflammatory properties!
It looks like Meticore managed to create a sound formula, by using ingredients that are all scientifically proven to have some sort of positive impact towards weight loss. And it’s really nice to see that a “magical diet pill” might actually be grounded in science, facts, and proof for once, rather than outrageous claims.
Also, it’s worth mentioning that what I like the most about the ingredients is that they are ALL natural.
Is Meticore Safe?
This is actually an important question to ask yourself before you take an supplement. However, a big part of Meticore’s appeal is that it has only all natural ingredients. So, as long as you’re not allergic to any of them (and make sure you check the label on the bottle) it is definitely safe to try it out.
According to the website, they’ve had trial runs with several thousands of people and no side effects have been reported as of yet. There’s also a good point – taking a supplement in the morning is many degrees safer than attempting a starvation diet or high intensity cardio (especially if you haven’t been exercising regularly – which is a LOT of us right now).
Meticore is also produced at an “FDA-inspected” facility. So there’s not really any risks to be concerned about here.
Should I Get Meticore?
The science is really sound on this one from what I researched. I actually decided to buy some myself, since it’s currently on sale on the website (though there’s no telling how long that’s going to last!)
The thing is though, results are always going to vary from person-to-person when it comes to anything weight loss. The science is sound, but are you going to see results? Are you going to see the same results your neighbors or friends might? The only real way to know… is to try. Order a bottle yourself and take the plunge. It currently costs only $59 per bottle (can be as cheap as $39 per bottle if you order a greater supply, which is probably smarter since you need to take this for a while anyway).
But my advice? Make sure you stick with it – they are very clear that 90 days, once every morning, is the ideal way to take this. Make sure you can keep up with that amount and you should see some quality results.
DISCOUNT OPPORTUNITY: From the comments below, one of our readers found a link to save quite a bit on Meticore. Not sure how many other places are aware of this Meticore Coupon, but you can access it by going here: http://www.meticorediscount.com. Thanks Tessa!
Conclusion
Meticore, as a supplement, is actually ahead of the curve when it comes to metabolism boosting. The science behind the idea of targeting your body temperature is pretty new, which means that while Meticore might be the first to take this approach, it certainly won’t be the last.
The ingredients are all natural, safe, and have been proven in multiple studies to have beneficial effects on weight loss. The only real drawback seems to be that you’re going to have to keep taking this pill every day to see the kind of results they promise, but that’s so much easier than trying out an experimental diet or traveling to the gym to do high intensity cardio.
I was just intending to review this product, but after doing my research I ended up buying it. This one really seems like a winner to me.
If you’re interested, head on over to the website and grab your bottles.
EDIT: It’s currently on sale! Get it while the discount lasts!
Thanks for the detailed review! I’ve been doing my research into Meticore before I buy it. Let me say your review is the first one that seems REAL and UNBIASED. I especially like that you actually looked into the science behind the claims .
Also FYI, you can get it pretty cheap if you buy it in bulk. Saw that for myself on this website – http://www.meticorediscount.com (hope you allow links).
Thanks again! Decided to purchase it after all. Hope to report back in a few months with stellar results!
Thanks! It actually takes quite a bit of work to do proper research into claims and ingredients, so I appreciate that you noticed the effort! And yeah, I would DEFINITELY advocate buying this in bulk if you’re going to buy it at all – It’s just so much cheaper that way and you want to keep taking it for a while anyway (according to the creators themselves).
I really think this supplement might be ahead of the curve.
VERY thorough read, thanks! I decided to get it at $49 per bottle (90 Day Supply) – I wanted a cheaper deal than the $59, but I also didn’t want to commit too hard in case it didn’t work for me.
On my way to being a skinny legend.
Yass! Skinny legend vibes!
Good luck! At the end of your 90 days, feel free to come back and update us with your results. I’d be happy to add your testimony/transformation to this analysis 🙂
Will do!!! Very excited to start
Hey Kelly,
Thanks for writing this up. I’ve been reading a few mixed reviews and I was on the fence about this. I’ve been duped by diet pills and supplements before. Fortunately this one seems to be the real deal, so I’m heading over to buy it right now.
One question, do you really think the supply might run out soon? Is it really that likely to go viral?
Thanks in advance, feeling excited 😀
Georgina
Hey Georgina, yes I DEFINITELY think they might run out of supply. The thing is, everyone is struggling with weight loss right now because of how stressed they are, or how little they can go out these days. Then here comes something based on relatively new science that you can easily take in the comfort of your homes and help lose weight. Right now you can barely get weights for your home, and even a tech-based weight loss program on the Nintendo Switch (Ring Fit Adventure) has been nearly impossible to get the past few months.
People are going to flock to this. And, honestly, I would not be surprised to see this featured on Dr. Oz and the like in a month or two down the line.
I would definitely say buy it in bulk now while you can.
Hmm, OK. I didn’t even realize how hard it was to get weight loss equipment and supplements right now… and things are not looking good.
Alright, I’ll get it in bulk! Thanks Kelly! 😀
Georgina

Hmm it appears like your website ate my first comment (it was
extremely long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I wrote and say,
I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog and I’m glad you brought Kelly on to review more supplements!
Well, I’ve dod my research and found nothing that would have me to pause. I will try and pray..
Good luck! Though I like the pills I would also say combine it with some healthy substitutes in a few meals if you really want to see the weight melt off 🙂
